Jake has duck hunted his entire life. He is passionate for what he does — an experienced guide who has what it takes to break mallards down from the heavens. Jake has been in the waterfowl industry for a long time, from working at call companies to duck decoy companies. He currently works for G&H Decoys.

Bo possesses everything you need to know to kill ducks. He has experience being a guide and has proved time after time he knows how to get it done. Along with Bo is his dog, Sadie. Together they are unstoppable!

Clayton has over 2 decades of experience in the duck blind. He knows when, what, and how to do things — whether that be calling, setting decoys, or working his dog. We are glad to have him a part of our crew!
